The Teacher requirement have increased very largely but the teacher supplies has been on a slow pitch.. The International School's are now in the search for qualified teachers and that has become an essential criteria at interview's. The certificate level courses are designed to overcome these issues and you stand ahead with any one of the programmes mentioned above.
Note : There is no compulsion of training for students reading for certificate level. But given as an option to develop their career path. It's a definite advantage at an interview. The applicants already having one year experience at a trainer school need not attend training.
